General Provisions & Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the entity operating the b299 platform ("b299", "we", "us") and any person using the platform ("User", "you"). 2.1 Single Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. It is prohibited to create multiple accounts for the same person, or to use another family member's account for one's own benefit. If b299 finds evidence of multiple accounts linked to a user, it reserves the right to suspend or close all associated accounts.
Warning: Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use the services, is a serious violation. In such cases, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.
Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account with b299, you must provide accurate and complete information. Details provided at registration — such as name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment information — must be true and your own. Registering with false or another person's information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Account Security
The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:
- Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone.
- Keep your login details confidential — no b299 representative will ever ask for your password.
- If you log in on someone else's device, always log out when you are done.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

3.4 Closing an Account

4.2 Transaction Verification

Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members who make their first deposit at b299 have the opportunity to receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The following conditions must be met to use this bonus:
Example 1: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus — your total balance will be ৳2,000.
Example 2: If you deposit ৳42,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — your total balance will be ৳62,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw a bonus, a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each user is eligible to receive each bonus offer only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to other users.
- b299 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Separate terms may apply to cashback and special benefits in the VIP program.
Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Results

6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device failure, the result will be determined based on the data stored on the server. b299 is not responsible for lost bets caused by connection interruptions.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b299 platform. Violation of any of these may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

- Creating an account with false information
- Abusing the bonus system
- Operating multiple accounts
- Using software or bots to operate games
Illegal Activities
- Transacting with illegally obtained funds (money laundering)
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
- Unauthorized access to another user's account

7.1 Collusion and Match Fixing
